Reduce puffiness, improve skin tone, and promote lymphatic drainage with this guansha tool.
How to use:
- Apply a facial oil or moisturizer to cleansed skin.
- Place the gua sha tool at the base of your neck and gently scrape upward toward your jawline. Use a light pressure, moving the tool in slow, smooth strokes. Repeat this motion about 3-5 times on each side of the neck.
- Move the tool to your jawline. Position the flat side of the gua sha tool against your skin and gently scrape from the center of your chin toward your ears. This helps define the jawline and promote lymphatic drainage. Repeat 3-5 times on each side.
- For your cheeks, use the rounded edge of the gua sha tool to scrape from the nose area outward along your cheekbone toward your ears. Apply light pressure and work from the center outwards to help with puffiness and circulation. Do this for about 3-5 strokes on each side.
- Under Eyes: To reduce puffiness, gently glide the tool under your eyes. Use the narrow edge of the gua sha tool and gently scrape from the inner corner of your eyes out toward your temples. Be very gentle in this area, as the skin around your eyes is delicate. Repeat this 3-5 times on each side.
- Forehead: Start from the center and gently scrape outward toward your temples. Use a smooth motion, and be sure to apply light pressure. If desired, you can also gently scrape along the hairline. Repeat 3-5 times on each side.
- After completing the gua sha routine, massage the oil into your skin or leave it on for extra hydration.
